Refund & Return Policy
Our Refund Policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received the product unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In case the product you received is broken or damaged then you are eligible for full refund including shipping costs. Please include a photo of the product in your email.
In case you don’t receive your order within the time-frame stated in our Shipping Policy you can also ask for a refund. Orders not delivered within 60 days are refunded automatically.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund will be processed. Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Depending on the bank’s processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your bank account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product and apply for a refund, you should send us an email with your request at firstname.lastname@example.org (please include the Order number).
Unless the product is damaged or the product does not match description you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. In that case the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over 70$ you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
